Special Dashboard Tip

If you'd like the ability to keep ChessPuzzle (or any widget) on screen at all times -- even when Dashboard is not shown, just follow these instructions:

Type the following in Terminal:
defaults write com.apple.dashboard devmode YES

Then logout/login (or restart) to reload Dashboard with the new setting

Next, while in Dashboard with ChessPuzzle showing, drag the widget a short distance; do not release the mouse

With the mouse still held down, hide Dashboard; ChessPuzzle should now be hovering over the desktop

You can put ChessPuzzle back into Dashboard in the same manner
